📘 Assignment Structure: Numbered and Organized

Every paper-based assignment is clearly labeled in Canvas to align with the unit and order of the curriculum. For example, if you’re working on the fifth assignment in Unit 2, you’ll see it labeled as 2.05. This numbering system makes it easy to keep track of student progress and ensures that students are always working on the right task. 


🖥️ Daily Assignment: A Students Go-To Guide

Each assignment is paired with a slide deck that includes everything you need for the day:

  • Learning Target

  • Journal Page Set-up 

  • Slide Deck with Key instructions

  • Exit Ticket


✅ Completion Process: Stamps and Submissions

Once student have completed an assignment:

  1. They will receive a completion stamp in class.

  2. Students will then take a clear photo of their journal page.

  3. They will upload that photo to the corresponding Canvas assignment for grading.

📊 Rubric Transparency

Each Canvas assignment comes with an attached grading rubric. This rubric breaks down exactly how student journal pages will be graded, so there are no surprises.
